SSSC was founded in 1994 with the mission to design and develop state-of-the-art solutions to meet the most challenging needs of our customers. SSSC's origins are based in spectral technologies, where SSSC established a track record of designing and developing innovative solutions for defense needs, such as wide field-of-view, multi-band, miniature spectral imagers that minimize size, weight, power, and cooling.

SSSC's expertise expanded to include Electro-Optic (EO) processing, radar processing, and artificial intelligence/algorithm development. The novel radar processing techniques are highly performant and computationally efficient. The AI and algorithm development expertise provides a unique approach to solving complicated issues.

SSSC expanded further to include Cloud Computing. SSSC was in the forefront of cloud computing, obtaining one of the first Authorities to Operate (ATOs) for an Air Force cloud-based system. SSSC quickly established a world-class team of cloud professionals which develop secure platforms, DevSecOps pipelines, as well as migrate applications, and maintain and sustain customer cloud solutions.

Today, SSSC continues to be a leader in innovation across disciplines to provide the best solution to meet the needs of our customers.
